Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our customer growth and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue expansion through strategic performance marketing, data-driven optimisation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire new customers profitably and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Utilise data analytics tools to inform channel performance, audience targeting, and spend allocation decisions.
  • Lead website Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives to maximise conversion rates and average order value.
  • Own and evolve email, SMS, and retention marketing strategies to increase repeat purchase rates and customer engagement.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of Trade and Promotional activities and life cycle campaigns.
  • Lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
  • Develop regular reporting on key growth metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 7+ years' marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a performance/growth marketing leadership role in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid media, CRO, and retention marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with mastery of Google Analytics and related tools.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets with strong ROI discipline.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian e-commerce market and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
