Crimson Global Academy is one of our newest ventures, starting in 2019, it is NZ's first online high school and has been just been ranked #3 best online high school in all of America. We are looking for a marketing superstar to take our early-stage start-up global

The role will be responsible for the growth and engagement of CGA Australia, driving local awareness, lead generation, and enrolments. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

This is a full-time position, based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Auckland and can be worked flexibly with a hybrid-based team.

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Support the development of CGA Australia's growth strategy, with ownership of a marketing budget
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing, digital and growth campaigns with support extended to other countries as necessary
- Own the CGA AU targets and funnel; monitor leads and enrolments from marketing across all channels with weekly/monthly progress reporting
- Partner with our sales team to ensure lead movement through the funnel.
- Design and create marketing collateral with the Design team to create positive customer experiences and increase enrolment
- Lead partnerships and outreach including expos, seminars, webinars, school talks and related event support
- Share best practices with global marketing and sales colleagues while adapting new ideas for the wider AU region

**What skills and experience are required?**
- 2-3 years of marketing experience minimum
- Strategic and effective copywriting
- Digital marketing knowledge and familiarity
- Insight into content strategy and social platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
