**About the role**

We currently have an opportunity to a Junior Digital Marketing Assistant to join our small team. The business is in a cycle of growth and we have just moved to larger premises in Crows Nest.

This position will give you a broad introduction to Marketing, and the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.

The services we provide to our clients are varied, as such you may find yourself assisting with:

- Administration
- Advertising
- Branding
- Content Creation
- Event Coordination
- Graphic Design
- Risk & Compliance Documentation
- Social Media
- Sponsorships
- Tender Writing
- Website Creation
- Website Maintenance

**Essential criteria**
- Solid experience with Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid experience with WordPress
- Experience with SalesForce / Pardot would be very highly regarded
- Marketing qualifications / experience an advantage (but NOT required)
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Proven organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Ability to take direction, work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Proactive, flexible and can do attitude

Core business hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Open to part-time, full-time, casual or permanent.

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
- WordPress: 1 year (preferred)
