International Sales and Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced International Sales and Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at AWP Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, with experience working towards set KPIs and targets. You will be able to meet and exceed sales targets, develop and deliver presentations, and work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage designated accounts as set out in the Allianz Partners Sales and Distribution Account Management Framework. Conduct annual reviews, maintain regular contact with clients, and coordinate all interactions with designated accounts.
- New Business Opportunities: Conduct portfolio prospecting and verification, assist in executing Allianz Partner's simplification and standardisation strategies, and work closely with Digitalisation, Organisational Management, and Allianz Technology teams to form discussions with clients surrounding technology roadmaps.
- Market Intelligence: Develop and share industry, market, and customer intelligence, monitor and report on competitor behaviors, and undertake research relating to designated markets.
- Proven Track Record: Proven ability to meet and/or exceed KPIs and extensive sales/revenue targets within an account management role.
- Candidate Profile: Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
At AWP Australia Pty Ltd, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
