About the Role
  • Troubleshoot PC-related issues over the phone, onsite, and using administration tools.
  • Manage incident tickets efficiently.
  • Provide recommendations on hardware replacements, software updates, and new technical solutions.
  • Report technical errors or escalations clearly and concisely.
  • Packaging, installing client software, and hardware kitting.
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal users.
  • Collaborating with specialist teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Developing and maintaining technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in IT support in a large corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, Cisco, ITIL, and Apple products.
  • Ability to support video conferencing troubleshooting across Zoom, Teams, and Webex.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
