Job Title: Customer Success Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective application of technical solutions and management expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation projects, with at least 7 years of experience. A bachelor's degree in IT or construction, or relevant industry experience, is also required. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong customer facilitation skills.

The responsibilities of this role include supporting regional strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with key stakeholders, and contributing to delivering global initiatives. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality results and will have a positive attitude and well-developed time management skills.

  • Support Regional Strategy: Assist in executing RIB's growth strategy and future initiatives within the region.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through effective application of technical solutions and management expertise.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with prestigious regional customers, internal product groups, and regional leadership teams.
  • Support Global Initiatives: Contribute to delivering on key global initiatives as defined by the global customer success lead in driving global best practice in presales and customer success.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have experience in stakeholder engagement, business strategy planning, thought leadership, reporting, and managing delivery. They should also be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.
