About the Role:

As a key figure in customer success, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our most strategic customers as they onboard and adopt our security platform.

You will partner closely with assigned customers to understand their business goals, cybersecurity strategy, and risk posture. With this knowledge, you will develop a value realization plan to help customers navigate their adoption and operationalization journey with our platform.

This includes working with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, support, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Develop value realization plans that outline how platform adoption addresses customer cybersecurity requirements and drives positive business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption by aligning product capabilities with customer desired outcomes, demonstrating innovation, and integrating with other aspects of their cybersecurity landscape.
  • Utilize cybersecurity domain expertise to articulate our value to customers and map solutions to their business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing thought leadership and sharing best practices.

The ideal candidate has a strong appreciation for security strategies and can effectively build and nurture relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include conducting quarterly business reviews, implementing change management programs, and establishing ongoing communication with customers across all required levels.

You will also monitor key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, referenceability, and adoption maturity.

In addition, you will identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction or blockers to adoption and work with the extended team to address these issues.
