Strategic Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Customer Success professional who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customers' desired outcomes and drive the requisite activity to achieve value realization, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Partner with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction, customer advocacy, and retention, leveraging internal stakeholders for effective collaboration.
- Develop a strong technical understanding of Mimecast's core product suite to assist customers with successful adoption and feature utilization.
- Set a vision for your customer base and proactively own your book of business, monitoring customer health and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, and churn prevention.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS or technology company, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent customer, partner, and market orientation in software and subscription services, with a focus on strategic growth.
- Technically savvy: able to learn new technology and stay up-to-date with system enhancements, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for informed decision-making, driving results-oriented solutions.
