
Strategic Customer Success Leader

As a key player in our Premium Support program, you will spearhead the activation and fulfillment of our five pillars. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate high-level requirements into actionable projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients
- Nurture enduring business relationships with clients
- Monitor Premium Support consumption and provide insights to account managers
- Oversee Premium Support activations and address client concerns
- Collaborate with Premium Support teams to establish a unified vision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication
- 4+ years of SaaS experience with cross-departmental experience
- Experience working in major industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Government, Communications, Media, Tech, Health, Life Sciences, Financial, or Agency
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
