Employee Relations Specialist

The primary function of the ER/HR Advisor is to provide comprehensive case management support services to Heads of School, Business Partnering and Faculty members. This involves end-to-end assistance in performance management and resolution of complex matters.
About the Role
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas requiring improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
- Provide specialist guidance on performance management, employee relations and organizational development.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
