Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing complex ER matters and providing expert guidance to leaders and advisory teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling workplace investigations, grievances, and compliance issues. They will also be confident in managing stakeholders with varied experience levels across different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end the resolution of complex ER cases, including unfair dismissal claims and general protections claims.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on performance and conduct issues, including termination processes.
  • Support the management of employees on long-term sick leave.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, ER, law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an employee relations role within a large, fast-paced organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience with conciliation processes at the Fair Work Commission or similar bodies.
