Location: Sydney CBD, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days per week in the office and flexible hours.
Base pay rangeA$130,000.00/yr - A$149,500.00/yr
OverviewOur dedicated client, a leading organisation, is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team permanently. This is a newly created position due to extensive growth in the business.
Responsibilities- Manage intricate high-risk cases and confidential employee matters.
- Handle private workplace inquiries related to grievances and disciplinary issues, including harassment and discrimination.
- Assist in negotiations, bargaining processes, and the delivery of Enterprise Agreements.
- Support the ER Manager in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance people practices and mitigate risk.
- Provide specialised advice on policies, procedures, employment risks, and other complex employment-related issues to stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations (ER) within dynamic and complex organisations.
- Thorough knowledge of workplace legislation, regulations, and Awards.
- Experience in Enterprise Agreements and Enterprise Bargaining.
- Ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism.
- Significant experience in case management, investigations, and understanding of strict SLAs.
- Ability to mentor Junior Advisors.
