We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Property Sales Partner to join our Developer Sales team at REA Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded each month, quarter, and year. They will also build relationships with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to ensure we are briefed on all business that fits our audience profile.

Key responsibilities include identifying key prospects, developing sales proposals to meet advertisers' marketing and sales objectives, and understanding prospective clients' businesses, including their key staff, organizational structures, budgeting cycles, business, marketing, and advertising objectives, campaign plans, objectives, timing, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have proven digital sales experience, knowledge of the property developer industry, sales experience working directly with customers as well as ad/media agencies, good knowledge of advertising processes and strategies, numeracy skills with experience in reporting client activity, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

In addition to these technical skills, we're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, friendly, approachable, and has good relationship management skills. They should be able to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
