Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
  • Provide tax and cash flow planning advice to clients, including regular monitoring and reviewing of income tax, GST, and BAS requirements.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and attend to their commercial matters, including preparing tax returns and financial statements.
  • Oversee task allocation, workflow management, and productivity, and handle billing preparation and budget management.
