About the Role

The General Manager position is a senior leadership role that plays a critical part in driving the growth and success of the company. In this role, you will oversee and direct all operational aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with the company mission. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing strategies to achieve business objectives, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Demonstrated operational and people leadership experience, with experience in developing and building strategic relationships.
  • Financial capabilities, with sound literacy in spreadsheets and financial management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-pressure team environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing large companies, with strong team player skills and ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of company finances, with capability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, with acute business development and market insight.
