In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in creating and managing sales and gross profit growth by providing exceptional customer service, maximizing profits within our business through up-selling and add-on sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, with a primary focus on Tour Groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tour Group leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Use expert knowledge to identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales, returns, and customer service issues.
- Action warranty repairs in a timely fashion.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin.
- Proven track record of achieving successful sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- A reasonable level of physical fitness, as manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved.
- Demonstrable high standard of personal presentation.
- Demonstrable ability to be punctual.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of retail/customer service operations.
- Strong numerical ability.
- A strong sense of urgency at all times.
- Demonstrable proactive approach to all work tasks.
- Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic problems.
- Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with Tour Groups and Tour Companies.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in using Chinese social media.
- Knowledge/experience of international brands and a diverse range of products.
- Experience of working in the duty-free environment or luxury retail.
- Have current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written communication.
