About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Group Specialist to join our team at Lotte Duty Free. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and managing sales and gross profit growth by providing exceptional customer service and maximizing profits within the Lotte Duty Free business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tour groups, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, maximizing sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tour group leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions, ensuring accurate and effective communication with customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
