About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tour Group Specialist to create and manage sales and gross profit growth by providing exceptional customer service and maximizing profits within the Lotte Duty Free business.

This role will engage with all customers, with a primary focus on Tour Groups, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

  • Complete tasks and support initiatives to grow sales in the PRC Tour Group market.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with PRC tour group leaders.
  • Use expert knowledge to identify customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products appealing to PRC Tour Group customers and their buying preferences.
  • Achieve sales budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Be proactive and creative in approaching customers and up-selling.
  • Stay aware of competitor activity and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
  • Know and understand the product range and current promotional activities.
  • Re-stock shelves to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide a friendly, professional, and ethical standard of service to customers.
  • Resolve issues with Internal and External customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, returns, and customer services.
  • Action warranty repairs in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven track record of achieving successful sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness.
  • Demonstrable high standard of personal presentation.
  • Demonstrable ability to be punctual.
  • Strong numerical ability.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Proactive approach to work tasks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
