About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tour Group Sales Specialist to join our team at Lotte Duty Free. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and managing sales and gross profit growth by providing exceptional customer service and maximizing profits within our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, with a primary focus on Tour Groups.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tour Group leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven track record of achieving successful sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness.
  • Demonstrable high standard of personal presentation.
  • Demonstrable ability to be punctual.
  • Strong numerical ability.
  • A strong sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrable proactive approach to work tasks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve basic problems.
