Job Overview

The role of an Employee Relations Specialist is pivotal in fostering a productive work environment and promoting positive employee relationships within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
  • Conduct coaching and training sessions for managers on employee relations matters and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and review feedback to inform future improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in employee relations or a related role.
  • Proven knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
