You will be a key contributor to our forward-thinking team, reporting directly to the Industrial Relations Manager and working in our head office. Your responsibilities will encompass steering proactive employee relations initiatives that drive strategic outcomes and positively impact our national operations.

As a specialist advisor, you will provide expert advice on industrial relations matters, empowering leaders and enhancing our culture while ensuring compliance and a resilient work environment.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our organization's approach to employee relations, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect, and contributing to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic employee relations initiatives that align with organizational objectives
  • Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters, including labor law and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and experience
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to employee relations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
