About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, conduct open inspections, and negotiate rental agreements.

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience to owners and renters. This includes responding to general inquiries from potential renters, conducting open inspections, and communicating with owners after each inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer focus toward prospective and existing owners and renters.
  • Respond to general inquiries from potential renters.
  • Conduct open inspections and show properties to prospective renters.
  • Communicate with owners after each open inspection to provide feedback.
  • Create renter folders and save documents on the company's drive.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain properties according to owner instructions and report any issues to management.
  • Ensure lawful requirements are followed at all times.
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently and promptly.
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and punctual attendance.
  • Participate in performance review processes to improve results.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in accordance with industry and company guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Reliable car for business use.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and iPhone applications.
  • Experience in real estate and local property market.
  • Familiarity with Inspect Real Estate, PropertyMe, and Ignite software.
