Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert legal advice and support for leasing, property transactions, development, and construction across APAC.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property and commercial law, with experience in providing legal guidance on leasing and development matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on leasing and development documents, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing and governance standards.
  • Manage a leasing portfolio and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist with property acquisitions and projects, including due diligence and transaction document preparation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in property and leasing legislation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years relevant post-admission experience in-house or in private practice.
  • Law degree from an Australian or international university.
  • Current practising certificate in a state Supreme Court or the High Court of Australia.
  • Experience in providing property, commercial, and contracting legal advice.
  • Working understanding of construction law.
