Leasing Manager Position

This is a compelling opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Leasing Manager. As a key figure in our property management team, you will be responsible for the leasing and facilities management of properties across the country.

  • Provide strategic leadership and support for the delivery of property management services.
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and expirations for all businesses.
  • Develop and implement property strategies in conjunction with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage facilities, including routine, programmed, and project works.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in leasing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of lease legislation and relevant tertiary qualifications in property management.
