Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Leasing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our property management group, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for a portfolio of commercial properties.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service to tenants and owners, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate potential lease opportunities and make informed recommendations
  • Maintain up-to-date market research and competitor analysis
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage tenant relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders on leasing performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial property leasing or a related field
  • Degree in Real Estate or a related field (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
