Lease Administrator

This role is focused on ensuring seamless lease administration across all subsidiaries. As a detail-oriented professional, you will oversee the lease administration function, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with standard landlord templates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail property legislation and relevant experience in lease administration and retail property teams.
">- Manage Agreement to Lease and Lease review, negotiation, and documentation process
- Prepare lease summaries and arrange director execution of documentation
- Maintain the property database (Lease Eagle)
- Provide administrative support for all leasing issues and requirements
- Manage Lease Administration related communications
- Prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports via Lease Eagle
- Mark-up ITL/Heads of Agreement documents and request amendments where necessary
- Monitor progress of leasing matters and proactively follow up with customers as required
- Ensure fitout contributions are invoiced and received in a timely manner
- Coordinate advance rent and insurances for new stores and maintain the master insurance register
- Upload and report monthly sales figures
- Review and approve the monthly rent roll
- Assist with preparing annual property budgets
