Lease Administrator RoleWe are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leases, monitoring payments, and preparing reconciliations.Job Responsibilities:
  • Update and manage lease databases with relevant information on new store leases across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Monitor rental and outgoings payments, approving and exporting invoices in Lease Eagle.
  • Prepare rent reconciliations and review rental, outgoings, and operating expenses invoices.
  • Audit fully executed leases to ensure accurate charging according to the lease terms.
  • Manage property administrator issues by liaising with external parties and addressing internal queries from various departments.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to new stores, store relocation, and store exits.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Australian and New Zealand retail network plan.
  • Administer gap maps and assist in the preparation of business cases for property matters.
  • Ensure legal compliance by managing licensor disclosure statements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lease administration or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Lease Eagle software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
