Your new role

As a Leasing Executive, you'll be directly involved in securing new leasing opportunities and driving portfolio performance across high-quality healthcare and commercial properties. Working closely with senior leadership, you will:

• Manage and negotiate lease agreements across a diverse asset portfolio.
• Build long-term client and tenant relationships with key operators and professionals.
• Work on 20-25 deals per year, driving outcomes that support growth targets.
• Gain exposure to landmark projects across metropolitan Melbourne and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to make their mark in the property industry.
