As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling and escalating customer enquiries and repair requests in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to accurately enter service jobs into our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and escalating customer enquiries and repair requests;
- Accurate data entry of service jobs;
- Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills;
- Effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Schedule planning to ensure maintenance is completed on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong computer literacy and data entry experience, as well as outstanding customer service experience especially over the phone. An outgoing and friendly personality is essential, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
