We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
- Handling and escalating customer enquiries and repair requests;
- Accurate data entry of service jobs;
- Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills;
- Effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
This role involves coordinating after-sales support and maintenance, planning schedules, and rearranging tasks as needed.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong computer literacy, data entry experience, outstanding customer service experience, an outgoing personality, and relevant industry experience.
