Administration Support Officer

The Administration Support Officer plays a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the Residential Care service.

HammondCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Support Officer to join our team on a Full-time basis for a 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Residential Aged Care team
  • Serving as the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and email
  • Ensuring a high level of service to enable the Residential Care home to function smoothly and efficiently
  • Demonstrating commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Supporting managers with rostering and contacting staff
