Job Description

In this key support position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will coordinate inspections, schedule trades and ensure optimal utilisation of our serviceperson's time.

  • Coordinate calendars for our Serviceteam including organising appointments and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Issue and maintain service reports, order materials and process returned onsite paperwork with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
