Job DescriptionIn this key support position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will coordinate inspections, schedule trades and ensure optimal utilisation of our serviceperson's time.
- Coordinate calendars for our Serviceteam including organising appointments and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Issue and maintain service reports, order materials and process returned onsite paperwork with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a highly organised and customer-focused role which requires effective communication, administration and interpersonal skills. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you
About You
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
