Enhance Marketing and Digital Experience

This role focuses on developing marketing and digital experience initiatives for all customer segments, including undergraduate, postgraduate, defence, and lifelong learning.

The aim is to improve the competitiveness of existing offerings and drive growth by creating new initiatives that capitalize on demand opportunities.

As a dedicated resource, this role will be a key partner to senior members of the faculty, providing strategic advice and operational support.

  • Designing and delivering sales, digital experience, and marketing strategies that achieve business outcomes for complex product/service portfolios.
  • Managing complex projects with high-level critical thinking and analytical skills plus the ability to distil complex information and finalise development objectives.
  • Providing strategic advice and operational support to Senior Executives and influencing to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining strong and successful internal and external networks, supporting successful organisational outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and providing strategic advice to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to distil complex information and finalise development objectives.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a genuine passion for customer service and process improvement.
  • Relevant degree with extensive experience in senior business partnering/stakeholder management roles, or an equivalent level of industry knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and experience.
