We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive strategic partnerships and fuel growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint business strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, solution specialists, pre-sales, and customer outcome teams to grow the pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Empower partners to deliver value through our platform by developing capacity plans and ensuring they have the necessary competencies, certifications, and co-delivery plans in place.
  • Work with marketing teams to build closed-loop demand generation plans, including partner prospecting days, CXO roundtables, and joint events.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales or 7+ years of partner management or consulting experience with broad-based business and technology expertise.
  • Proven track record of driving successful business development activities, partnering with multiple sales teams, and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
