Senior Human Resources Advisor RoleAbout the Job

The Senior Human Resources Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering operational HR services and strategic workforce initiatives. This leader must balance strategic advice with day-to-day HR management, driving organisational improvement through contemporary HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on HR policy, legislation, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance and transparency across all HR processes.
  • Offer complex advice and support on employee relations, performance management, workplace health and safety, learning and development, recruitment, talent management, and conditions of employment.
  • Streamline the full HR employment cycle, including managing payroll with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support their HR needs.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies, including workforce planning and capability development.
