Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance and optimize business systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage the annual investment cycle, work planning, budgeting, and program/project performance reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate and present financial, performance, and risk assessment data to various stakeholders.
  • Conduct health checks on projects at any stage or as requested by the Program Board, including capability assessments.
  • Guide the prioritization and scheduling of initiatives while providing advice and support to the team and its partners.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources and supervise staff as needed.
  • Maintain effective working relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality written and oral communication, including agenda papers, presentations, and briefing notes for executive meetings and committees.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in program and project management, coordination, and management of business planning processes and organizational performance reporting.

You should also be able to think strategically and develop proposals and strategies to optimize business planning and performance reporting processes.
