The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and organized individual to assist in maintaining our service network coverage across Australia and New Zealand. As a Service Network Coordinator, you will work with the business to understand client and consumer requirements, ensuring the network meets the highest possible customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain system configuration as directed in a timely manner.
  • Engage and manage service centers, focusing on Electronics, Computers, and Mobile phone categories.
  • Maintain all agreements and ensure compliance obligations of the network are met.
  • Highlight and report any issues or adverse trends.
  • Perform deep dives into product and category level details to identify potential ACL remedies.
  • Support the rollout of new processes with internal teams.
  • Liaise with service centers on day-to-day queries and escalations.
  • Identify streamlining opportunities to drive better outcomes and efficient processes.
  • Support the team across multiple aspects of the network, including salvage, system setups, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Sound organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in consumer electronics/whitegoods preferred but not essential.
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not essential.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
