The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Network Operations Coordinator to join our Service Network team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service network, working closely with our clients and consumers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining system configuration and ensuring timely updates.
  • Engaging and managing service centres across various categories.
  • Ensuring compliance obligations are met and agreements are maintained.
  • Identifying and reporting issues or trends.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new processes and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Liaising with service centres on day-to-day queries and escalations.
  • Highlighting opportunities for streamlining and improving efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask and perform under time constraints.

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
