Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Asset Support Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our rolling stock fleet by designing, developing and implementing processes, procedures and reporting for the Asset Support Centre.

Liaising with internal and external agencies, providing technical support to customers, and responding to requests for assistance are key responsibilities of this role.

About You:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in rail operations is essential.
  • You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional customer service orientation and patience for dealing with difficult customer-service situations are required.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Safety is highly desirable.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in fault finding with train crew, terminal operators and maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure our rolling stock assets are maintained at the highest levels of configuration.
  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels, including telephone, email and personnel requests for assistance.
  • Liaise with internal and external agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
