The Federal Government Department is seeking a highly skilled Business Change Consultant to join their team in Canberra. As a key member, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define change vision, process, and impact assessments.
Your expertise will be instrumental in driving measurable improvements in business operations. You will work on defining programme or project benefits, assessing progress, and implementing change to achieve business improvements.
You will also be responsible for briefing stakeholders on planned change and presenting to Agency Boards and forums. Additionally, you will monitor and supervise changes to business processes, systems, job roles, and structures.

Requirements:
