About Greenway Views

Greenway Views is our flagship village, located in Greenway, Tuggeranong in Canberra, opposite the South Point shopping centre and walking distance to the Tuggeranong town centre. The village consists of 327 apartments, spread over five buildings that is about half a kilometre long from end-to-end. We're proud to provide a vibrant community with nearly 400 residents over the age of 65, and over 6,000 square metres of communal space facilitating social connectedness.

About the Role

The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that change initiatives across the portfolio are effectively managed, adopted and embedded. This role leads the planning and execution of change management strategies to support successful project delivery, training, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities across the portfolio and within projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure change impacts are identified, assessed and addressed.

What You'll Need
  • 5 Years experience in Change Management roles
  • Proven experience in leading change management within complex project environments, preferably within a PMO or transformation office.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) and their practical application.
