As a passionate and hands-on **Food & Beverage Team Leader**, you will support our dedicated Food and Beverage Team and work across our busy outlets and event spaces to deliver professional, efficient, and memorable guest service.
**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Operations Manager of Food & Beverage, in this role, you will lead, coach, and motivate your team to ensure we deliver high-quality food and beverage services. You will be responsible for managing daily F&B operations, including food and coffee service, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and rostering.
You will also work closely with the leadership team to drive revenue and profit growth, and support the team in achieving business objectives.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Food & Beverage Supervisory experience and knowledge of cash control, food service, food safety, and general WHS requirements.
- Experience in team training and development, including writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure best customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
- A current Queensland RSA, Driver's licence, and Barista skills.
- Flexibility to work across weekends and be available for on-call shifts.
