Supervise and Lead a Team in Food and Beverage

We are seeking a Supervising Professional to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage venues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting team members throughout their shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and mentoring them to reach their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team in one of our many food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and gaming rooms. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff on shift, setting clear objectives, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures, and monitoring the quality of food and beverages.

We are looking for someone with leadership experience within a similar fast-paced hospitality environment, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive attitude. You should be highly organised and eager, with a keen eye for detail, and flexible availability to meet the operating hours of our venues.
