About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will oversee and assist team members throughout their shifts, creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team on shift and assist with training, development, and performance management
  • Set daily performance objectives for the team and supervise service flow and performance standards
  • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
  • Assist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targets

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team in one of our many venues, including restaurants and bars. You will be responsible for supervising team members, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience within a similar busy hospitality environment, including a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
  • Exceptional guest service skills, with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Highly organized and eager, with a high attention to detail
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
