Job Summary:
As a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and assist team members throughout their shifts. Your top-notch customer service skills will ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team on shift and provide training and development opportunities to improve performance
- Set objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standards
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed and maintain high-quality food & beverages
- Assist in achieving operational targets and monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace
