Job OverviewWe seek an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our food and beverage team.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on customer service, team training, and conflict resolution.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, and available to work across weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety in all outlets and event spaces.
- Assist with core service duties such as food and coffee service, opening and closing of outlets, and managing rosters and inventory.
- Support the leadership team in driving revenue and profit through effective menu management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
