Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

This is a permanent full-time position for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our luxury Japanese restaurant team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of this high-end venue, including effective supervision of staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in managing restaurants with previous leadership roles in high-end venues.
  • Natural ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff members.
  • Ability to understand and respond quickly to guests' and teams' needs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues Certificate (RMLV) and Approved Manager's License are required.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster is essential.
  • Ability to manage daily labor and stock control.
  • Sound knowledge of efficient venue financials.
