Make a Real Difference in the Lives of Adults:
This role involves delivering high-quality services to adults in residential aged care, with opportunities for flexible locations and travel across Melbourne West to the Geelong region.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with clients living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and age-related decline. This role provides support and flexibility for seasoned clinicians or recent graduates to shape their ideal career path.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver dysphagia and communication assessments and interventions.
- Manage your own calendar with flexible hours and locations that suit your lifestyle.
- Provide in-person and telehealth services across residential care and community settings.
- Collaborate with a national team of dedicated Speech Pathologists.
- Travel opportunities to support clients in regional areas (optional).
- Educate and consult with families, support coordinators, and care teams.
- A degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transport for travel.
- Passion for improving the lives of older adults.
