Improving Lives Through Effective Homelessness Services Management

The Homelessness Services Manager, Rapid and Sustained Housing has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to oversee the improvement of homelessness programs that provide rapid access to services and emergency accommodation.
About the RoleThis is an excellent chance to lead initiatives and develop advice on delivering and continuously improving existing homelessness services. The team coordinates centrally held homelessness contracts and serves as the primary reference point for funded agencies and departmental areas.
Main Responsibilities- Develop effective monitoring and quality enhancement strategies to meet the strategic objectives for homelessness service delivery.
- Lead critical projects and continually review processes and procedures to enhance service efficiency and deliver improved outcomes for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
- Prepare and present implementation plans and service design initiatives.
