Customer Journey Analyst

Country Road Group is at the forefront of leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth. As a Loyalty Planner, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer loyalty strategy, harnessing the power of complex customer data to inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with experience in working with large datasets and advanced analytics tools. You will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform loyalty program strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain reporting and models to track customer behavior and loyalty metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement loyalty program initiatives
- Communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders across the business
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or a related field
- Senior experience in a related role, such as loyalty, CRM, or marketing
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets
- Up-to-date knowledge of local and international CRM and loyalty program trends
